For those unfamiliar with balut, it is essentially a developing duck embryo, commonly sold as street food in the Philippines.
This is our take on balut-eating.
Note also that we also made a mistake by mentioning that it's a chicken egg in the video - we weren't exactly sure what kind of egg we were eating. Anyhow, it's duck.
